Once a year, we invite chefs from across Asia, Australia and Europe to leave their own kitchens behind and spend a few days in Bali to explore. Into the Wild is our creative basecamp platform, bringing together creative chefs from across for a gathering of community leaders where sharing ideas, creativity and camaraderie collide on sustainable creative culinary craft.
Good ideas rarely stay in one kitchen. Years of working in the kitchen definitely matters, but so do new places, new people, unfamiliar ingredients and the useful discomfort of not knowing exactly what comes next. Creativity, it turns out, responds well to being taken somewhere it hasn't been.
