Our annual Creative Basecamp for bartenders turns to home ground this year. Jakarta and Bali hold two of the country's strongest drinking cultures, the city and the island, two completely different landscapes. In our Liquid Basecamp this time, we put eight bartenders from both scenes together over three days, showing how they don't have to travel far to find the unfamiliar.

For one weekend, they'll get to know the tropical landscape of Bali and taste the ingredients fresh off the ground for the first time. From 13 to 15 November, these bartenders head Into the Wild: foraging in the jungles of Bali, running their own bar takeovers, bringing their signature cocktails, and crafting drinks from a Mystery Ingredient Box in less than 8 hours.
