ACCOLADES

Since launching Locavore NXT in late 2023, we’ve continued to push beyond the idea of being just a restaurant, across every part of our ecosystem—from the main Kitchen to the staff Canteen, Fermentation, research lab (LabX), gardening team, Circular Waste Centre and beyond.

We care about our core restaurant business just as much as the responsibility behind it. While we don’t do this for the accolades, they do remind the team that we’re moving in the right direction and that we’re not alone in how we see things.

This is our little shelf of reminders that we are on the right track.
