Our Fermentation Kitchen is the home of our seven-strong team managing all fermented related production for use in Locavore NXT and across the Locavore Group.
The dedicated space and equipment allows us to produce ferments on a scale we have never been able to before, but even more importantly expand on our research and creative development.
There could be more than a hundred ferments happening in the Lab at any one time. One busy team.
