Our second seasonal tasting menu continues our celebration of the space around us with one simple extra ingredient... Time.

During our first six months of Locavore NXT we have accompanied Nature through its constant flux, exploring more interesting local ingredients through their ever-changing states and ever-surprising potential.

Our sustainable approach of working exclusively with local ingredients isn't always easy, but it makes sense. No imports, no dairy or wheat, gluten free, utilise everything, less animals protein.
